WELCOME TO THE GEORGETOWN FIREFLIES CAMPING CLUB

 The Georgetown Fireflies are a very active group of campers who plan activities all year round in addition to our campout schedule that you will find elsewhere on our CFCF website.  Our only mission is to have fun, camp lots, and enjoy all that our area has to offer in the way of interesting and fun things to do.

Our yearly club campout and those of our fellow CFCF clubs are the highlight of our camping season and we try to attend with as many of our members as possible. We welcome families big and small and even singles looking for a family atmosphere in which to enjoy camping activities.

We celebrate our own club with a Family and Friends campout every August at Nicolston Dam where the men take over the cooking chores for the weekend. This is a great opportunity for new or prospective members to get to know us and realize the fun of camping with a group of good people who know how to relax and enjoy themselves.

Throughout the non-camping season we go to the movies, have pot-lucks and  card parties, go bowling, to the races , dinner theatre , hold our Christmas party and are always open to new adventures.
