THE SULECKI GOOD NEIGHBOUR AWARD

Purpose: To recognize the humanitarian conduct of a CFCF person or couple towards either members of their community or of CFCF.

Who is Eligible: Any adult person or couple who are or have been members of CFCF within one year of the date of the current rally and who have not previously won this award

Who is NOT Eligible

Any current director of the CFCF or previous winners:

How the selection is made:

The person or persons may be nominated by any member or club within CFCF who must name the nominee and give a brief outline of the nominees acts of humanitarian conduct to the Board prior to May1st of the current year. The board at its discretion shall select the person or persons to whom the award is given from the nominees named.

Any unsuccessful nominees may be re-nominated in the same manner subsequent years.  The board may at its dissection refrain from naming a recipient if it feels nominations made are not of a caliber to merit the award. If no nominations are made, the Board may select a person or persons who it feels are deserving of the award.

The award: The award shall be a shield of approximately 10″ bearing a bronze surface upon which shall be inscribed THE SULECKI GOOD NEIGHBOUR AWARD FOR HUMANITARIAN CONDUCT.  Over the inscription shall appear two hands clasped as in a hand shake and under it the CFCF emblem  both of equal size. This is to be presented for a one-year term, to be returned to CFCF in time for presentation at the next rally.
Simultaneously a smaller 6″ replica will be presented to the recipient as a keeper trophy.
